In the midst of the city, we open a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with what truly moves within you.

This urban day retreat is a carefully curated journey into the body, where breath, movement, sound and touch become gateways to deeper presence, vitality and nervous system balance.

Over two nourishing days, we explore the alchemy of embodiment and breathwork,
practices that help release accumulated stress, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect you with your natural state of clarity, sensitivity and inner power.

Through a blend of ancient practices and modern somatic understanding, we guide you through experiences designed to awaken the body, expand the breath and restore energetic flow.

Together we will explore:

• Embodiment Yoga to awaken the body and deepen presence
• Breathwork & nervous system alchemy to reset and regulate from within
• Qi Gong to cultivate energy, grounding and inner flow
• Bodywork & touch to release tension and restore connection
• Soundbath journey for deep integration and rest
• Shared meals and a nourishing brunch to land, connect and enjoy
