supporting growth, wellbeing and navigation of our Daily life.

We will Play, Hugh, Gaze, Talk, Listen, Dance, Breathe, Touch, Cry, Laugh, Being Silly, Serious, Sexy, Sassy, Sensual, Boring, Tired, Awake together

Different Themes every month,

Exploring everything from Energy, Bodywork techniques, Polarity Play, Conscious wrestling, to oxytocin boosting Cuddles, Sharings, Breathwork and Movement

Who:

- choose your participation out of theme, or, join and be suprised. What will I learn about my self and life this time..!

- come alone, with a friend, a lover, long time partner, your neighbour or a bundle of friends.

- No previous experince is needed

- Come as your own Guru. skeptical and openminded self
