Every week we explore different topics where you are invited to explore and try out for your self,

sometimes with your self, with a partner, with parts of the group, or with the whole group.

DO I HAVE TO TAKE PART OF ALL THAT IS SUGGESTED?

- NO, an important part of tantra and those "brave" spaces, is that you honor your YES and NO, meaning you can allways change your mind or re-decide.

You're here for your own sake,

so dare to stay in the uncomfort of maybe, not giving a answer, when you don't have it.

and

by taking your responsibility of being part of what you feel a YES to, also trusting others to do the same

REMEMBER, EVERYTHING GUIDED IS ALLWAYS AN INVITATION

- Wear what you feel comfortable in. often we move a bit and you want to be able to lie down and feel free in your clothing.
